Why we decided to refresh our brand

At Chris Barnard Health, our brand refresh was never just about a new logo or a new website. It was about creating a brand experience that genuinely reflected the care, compassion, and energy we bring to positive ageing every single day.

For more than 15 years, Chris Barnard Health has supported older Australians, families, healthcare providers, and communities across Australia through aged care, home care, NDIS support, nursing agency staffing, and healthcare recruitment services. 

As advocates for positive ageing and people-first care, we believed our brand needed to evolve alongside the people we support. 

So, we decided to go bold. 

Our new website has been designed to feel more vibrant, more human, and easier to navigate, because just like getting older, accessing support, or finding healthcare solutions should never feel overwhelming. 

We wanted to create a platform that gives you: 

  • Easier access to aged care and home care information 
  • Clearer pathways to healthcare staffing and recruitment support 
  • Helpful resources for older Australians, carers, and families 
  • More practical information with less jargon and less fluff 
  • A better online experience across Support at Home, NDIS, nursing agency, and healthcare career services 

Most importantly, this brand refresh wasn’t about creating a “pretty website.” 

It was about building a more useful, informative, and supportive healthcare platform that helps people navigate ageing, care services, healthcare careers, and community support with confidence. 

Positive ageing should feel empowering, connected, and full of life, and the organisations supporting Australians should reflect that too.
