Home Care recognises that older people prefer to live in their own home and is intended to fund appropriate care and support that is tailored to your specific needs and enables you to remain in your community, safely.
People aged 65 and above are eligible for a Home Care package. The funding is based on your level of needs. An assessment will determine if you will receive home care funding, as well as which level of funding it will be (between 1 - 4).
