Our Process

Your journey to becoming a CBH member

A simple 3 step process to get you ready for work with Team Chris Barnard,

Step 1: ID, Qualifications and Compliance

To get started, we will need a few key documents and checks to make sure you meet our onboarding requirements. This includes proof of qualification, such as a Cert III in Aged Care, Diploma or Bachelor degree, 100 points of ID, evidence of your current influenza vaccination, a National Police Check, and a current driver licence or access to reliable transport. Depending on the role, we may also require an NDIS Screening Check.

Just as importantly, we look for people skills, because great care always starts with how you treat others.
