Daily living, personal care and in-home support. Our support workers help with everyday routines, showering, dressing and grooming, and practical tasks around the home, always with dignity, respect and a focus on your independence.

Support to attend appointments, take part in activities and stay connected with your community, building confidence, independence and a sense of belonging.

Nursing support in your own home, delivered by qualified nurses, including medication management, wound care and clinical monitoring.

Nursing support for participants with complex or higher care needs. This can include enteral (tube) feeding, diabetes management, catheter care and complex bowel care, delivered by trained nurses with comfort, dignity and clinical best practice in mind.

Supporting participants to transition safely from hospital back home, including nursing, personal care, support workers and ongoing in-home assistance.

Practical help to keep your home clean, safe and comfortable, so you can focus on living well.

Including functional assessments and reports where appropriate, to help identify the supports, equipment and changes that will help you live safely and independently.

Getting to appointments, social activities and community events safely and confidently, with support from someone who knows you.

We support NDIS participants who are able to engage non-registered providers under their funding arrangements. If you’re not sure whether your plan allows this, talk to us, your Support Coordinator or your Plan Manager.

Yes. We work with hospitals, discharge teams, Support Coordinators and families to organise the supports a participant needs to return home safely, then continue supporting them in the community.

Yes. Through our Brokerage service, we can provide support workers, personal care, community access, nursing, complex nursing, and cleaning and household assistance for your participants, while you remain their primary provider.

Tell us. We match participants with workers suited to their needs and personality, and we’re always willing to adjust if the fit isn’t right.

We follow a structured Open Disclosure process. If something goes wrong, we’ll tell you openly, explain what happened and what we’re doing about it.

In order to qualify for the NDIS, you must satisfy the following conditions: 

• Be aged between 7 and 65 years 

• Be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or have a Protected Special Category Visa 

• Have a permanent disability or require early intervention for developmental delay

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is dedicated to supporting and enabling people with disabilities. It helps you obtain your personal objectives, determine the supports you need to reach those goals and decide how and where you will access those supports.

The NDIS is about supporting you in living your life the way you want. It provides a wide range of assistance, from day-to-day support right through to therapy services and the ability to participate in your community. 

Each service is made available in a manner that is reasonable, necessary, and related to your personal needs. You should receive support that will enable you to grow.

The NDIS is here to assist you with disability-related needs, but it does not cover expenses that are not directly attributable to your disability, such as the cost of living. It also does not replace funding that is more suitably provided through other systems, such as education, healthcare, or transport. 

These types of assistance will remain funded through the regular channels. If you don’t know what is covered, remember that you are not alone-assistance is always accessible to help you work through the process.
