Meet Our Leadership

Heart of Aged Care Staffing

Liz is a State Manager with over 26 years of aged care experience, passionate about connecting great staff with providers and building long-term trusted relationships across the sector.

Liz brings more than 26 years of experience across the healthcare sector, with most of her career dedicated to aged care in both Victoria and Tasmania. Having started her career as an Allocations Officer and progressed into senior leadership roles, including Nursing Agency Manager, she brings a deep understanding of the industry and the operational demands that sit behind quality workforce support.

As State Manager for Tasmania at Chris Barnard Health, Liz leads the Tasmanian branch of the business with a strong focus on service, relationships, and outcomes. Her long-standing experience in aged care has given her a practical understanding of the pressures providers face, allowing her to work closely with residential aged care services to deliver responsive, reliable staffing support.

Liz is driven by creating great outcomes and takes pride in placing good people into good organisations. With a hands-on background spanning workforce coordination, leadership, and healthcare, she brings a personal and deeply invested approach to her work, always focused on supporting quality care for older Australians, whether in residential aged care or in their own homes.

A proud grandma, Liz brings warmth, heart, and genuine care into everything she does. People are at the centre of her work, and she is known for building trusted relationships with clients and staff that are grounded in kindness, energy and connection.
