What services do you provide?

We provide qualified staff to support aged care providers and healthcare services when they need extra hands, extra care, and extra peace of mind. This includes Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and support staff (such as Kitchen Hands, Cleaners, Lifestyle etc) for planned rosters, last minute gaps, sick leave, surge periods, and ongoing workforce shortages. Our role is to make staffing feel less stressful by giving you access to experienced people who are ready to step into your environment and support your team.

What are your mandatory training and competency requirements?

As a registered aged care provider ourselves, we understand how important compliance, training, and competency are, not just on paper, but in real care settings where quality and safety matter every day. That is why we hold our agency workforce to clear mandatory requirements before anyone is booked for shifts.

All staff, regardless of role, must meet our core compliance requirements before they can be booked for shifts. This includes providing 100 points of identification, valid working rights in Australia, a current Police Check, a signed statutory declaration form, confirmation that they are not listed on the Aged Care Banning Order Register or the NDIS Banning Order Register, and an up to date annual flu vaccination. For Personal Care Assistants, we only recruit carers with both the relevant qualification and genuine hands-on experience. For Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, we require current AHPRA registration that is free from conditions or notations.

After meeting our core compliance requirements, all staff are also required to complete mandatory training relevant to their role through our training partner, AUSMED. This helps ensure our workforce is not only compliant, but also equipped with the knowledge expected to work safely and confidently in aged care environments. Training requirements vary depending on the role, and we can also work with any additional site-specific training expectations our clients may have.
